In 2008 she had Dave from engineered septic come out and tie in to city. Well I started a garage and hit the pipe. I called Dave and ended up talking to home for 25 min at 9pm. he did a wonderful job fixing my mess up and did not try to take advantage of me. I’ve been an electrician for most of my life and over and over again I see people get taken advance off because it’s late at night and they need help. Dave though did not. I will be a forever customer. Thank you

David answered all of my calls... read more (or returned them when he was unavailble), provided a detailed, timely quotation and followed through on all of his committments. Very professional and organized. Coordinated CBYD and all permits/inspections, completed the work diligently and restored by yard like they were never here. The job they did was excellent and I would reccomend them for any of your septic or sewer needs.

  I had a horrible experience. There was a poop volcano in my backyard. The septic tank that wasn't supposedly... read more there, according to town records, had been breached. We were supposedly hooked up to city sewer, we weren't. I had bids ranging for $40,000 to $14,000. Where Dave was is irrelevant. What he did for me is not irrelevant. Town said there wasn't a lateral, they couldn't figure out their own maps. Dave is an engineer fyi, he set them straight, found the right map, there was a lateral, we didn't have to dig to Poland. Smart, nice, fair, reasonable guy. I am a contractor, people like Dave are not a dime a dozen.

Snaking did... read more not prove successful & it was determined the pipe may have been broken. The snake guy I had contacted put me in touch with David & I am forever grateful that he did. He was immediately responsive, out the next day to look it over & quote me. The price was fair & David was calm & measured, often reassuring me that it would all be OK & work out. As a first-time homeowner I was naturally concerned but David put me at ease. The work was completed quickly & successfully & David provided information on how to maintain the line & keep it root free, as well as placing two extra clean-outs that would make snaking much more simple in the future. Engineered Septic... read more & Sewer excavated test holes, did the perc test and an engineered septic repair plan as required by the Middlefield, CT health department. Then during a very tough February this contractor both competed the replacement septic system and installed additional basement drainage in the concrete floor. I would recommend their professional work to any one with a water, excavation, drainage, septic, or sewer project.
